The schedule for the 2010, thirteenth annual yarmouth shark scramble is as follows:

           Wednesday, August 11

           No licenses or conditions on site.

           7pm - Captains meeting (1 person/vessel). Rules & Regulations and T-Shirts will be distributed and discussed.

           9pm - Boat departures will begin after inspection if weather permits.

           Boats departing on Wednesday will return on friday.

           Please ensure that your shark fishing license and conditions are picked up at your local DFO office.

           Thursday, August 12

           Departure time will be at 5pm. Deadline arrival time will be on Saturday at 3pm.

           All pleasure craft with no fish holes depart Thursday at 6am and have to return by the 3pm Saturday deadline.
           ** If pleasure craft cannot leave on Thursday due to bad weather they may leave  6pm on Friday and be back at 5pm on            the Saturday deadline.

           Friday, August 13

           6:30pm - Systemcare Trivia challenge in the tent.

           7pm - Wednesdays fleet returns..

           CJLS Radio live on site!

           Saturday, August 14

          10am to 4pm - Family Events and Relay For Life T-shirt Sale

          1pm - Weigh ins begin.

          3pm - Later boats arrive.

          5pm - Later boats arrive.

          6pm - Awards Ceremony at Rudders wharf.

          9:00pm - TBA

          Sunday, August 15 will be used as a storm day if necessary

 

           $10,000 cash and $10,000 in stage prizes.
